COMPANIES – Address Fields
We have added a County field to all areas where an address is required in company profiles, pop ins and as a filter for searching project lists.
COMPANIES – Bulk Restore
On the Show/Search/Export screen, users with “Restore Company” capabilities can now select several deleted companies at once and click “Bulk Restore” for the selected companies.
COMPANIES – Subcontractor Registration Form
“Area of Work” has been added as a field to the subcontractor registration form that is synced to users’ public website via iFrame.
COMPANIES – New Invitations Tab
A new tab called “Invitations” has been added to all company profiles. This tab shows all projects that the subcontractor has been invited to bid and that subcontractor’s trades so that our GC users can view and mark multiple projects Accept/Decline/Undecided simultaneously.
COMPANIES – Search/Export Templates
Users now have the ability to edit Custom Search/Export templates after they have been saved.
COMPANIES – Financial Tab History
The system will continue to display only the last five years of a company’s financial history however an option has been added should users wish to see data older than five years from our database.
COMPANIES – Bulk Update/Import Shared Offices
On the Show/Search/Export screen and the QIA tabs, users can now bulk update Shared Offices. Users can also import and update multiple offices (separated by commas).
COMPANIES – Out of Business/Do Not Use
On the Show/Search/Export screen, users can select NOT to show companies in search results that are listed as Do Not Use or Out of Business.
COMPANIES – Bulk Deletion
Users can now select multiple companies and delete in bulk on the Show/Search/Export screen. The same security rules will apply so only users with permissions to delete companies will be able to use this feature.
COMPANIES – Account Managed By
The “Account Managed By” field is now searchable and exportable on the Companies Show/Search/Export screen.
ADMIN – Custom Fields
Those with the ability to view, add and change custom fields now also have the ability to restrict those custom fields to specific users (who don’t have custom field capabilities) or specific offices.
COMMUNICATIONS – BCC
When a subcontractor receives a copy of their submitted proposal or notes and a Manager/Shared Managers have opted in to be BCC’d on sub communications, the subcontractor will no longer be able to see contact information for who has been BCC’d.
COMMUNICATION REPORTS – Bad Emails
When viewing the detail of a communication, the contact name is now clickable to allow the user to edit their contact information. This will allow a user to sort by results, and correct the bad email addresses without having to leave the screen and open each company record. Users will also be able to correct bad email addresses from the details pop-in on a subcontractors profile if a recent communication is show to fail in sending.
COMMUNICATION REPORTS – Bulk Resend
When viewing the detail of a communication, users can now select multiple failed emails to resend in bulk instead of having to open each failed communication and click resend. This action will use the updated, current email address in the contact record, not the faulty email that was used originally.
COMMUNICATIONS – Attaching Files
When attaching a file to a project communication users will now see the full plan room folder structure, for quicker and easier location of files to attach to communications.
COMMUNICATIONS – Default Method
An option has been added under Admin – General Settings > System Settings to choose a default setting for Communications – Email Only, Fax Only, Email then Fax, or Blast.
PREQUAL – Confidentiality Agreements
Now that Confidentiality Agreements have been added to the prequalification module, if a subcontractor responds “No” when asked to submit a Confidentiality Agreement, they will not be able to continue through the remaining prequalification screens.
PREQUAL – Confidentiality Agreement
A new Admin setting has been added under general settings for “Default Confidentiality Agreement”. This default Confidentiality Agreement will populate whenever this feature is turned on for bid or prequal projects unless a custom Confidentiality Agreement is loaded instead.
BID PROJECTS – Customized Project Types
Users can now manage and customize the Project Types field at their Company level.
BID PROJECTS – Amount Range
The Project Amount field now has the option to show two additional fields to allow users to display a range. The three fields now shown are Project Amount, Project Amount Min, and Project Amount Max. The Project Amount field will disappear if the user selects to show a range. The Min and Max fields will go away if the user does not select to show a range.
