We’ve made some recent system improvements, including a more seamless login experience, a sleeker user interface and better bad email reports.
New Single Sign-On for System and Support Access
The next time you log in to SmartBid, you’ll notice a refreshed Login page. Once you’re logged in to SmartBid, simply click the support icon in the upper right hand side of the browser window and you’ll be automatically logged into the SmartBid Support Help Center. You no longer need an additional login to access support resources. This works for users and subs!
New User Interface
Once you’ve tried out the snazzy new SSO, head over to your settings to check out new theme and color options. Select the modern or classic the
me, your color preference, then the “light” or “dark” version. Don’t worry, the functionality will stay exactly the same, no matter the colors or theme you choose.
Bad Email Reports
‘Bad Email Reports’ have improved significantly. Simply head to the ‘Reports’ section and click ‘Bad Email Reports’ under ‘Data Management’ to check out the larger email field – so you can see the whole thing! Click the company contacts link on any line to see all other contacts for a given company. Here you can edit any bad emails and view good emails from the same company.
