Improved Add Company Feature
The improved ‘Add Company’ feature in SmartBidNet can now be accessed in multiple places for convenience. It also allows users to import information manually or right from a vCard, keeps recently entered company data stored in the fields even when minimized, and includes automated search dropdowns in the ‘Company Name’ and ‘Codes’ sections to make adding a new company to your database faster than ever.
Add Location & Duplicate Check
Now when you add multiple contacts for a certain company, you don’t have to worry about duplicates. When creating a contact, SmartBidNet will automatically remind you to add a new location or notify you of a duplicate entry, keeping your data clean, organized and up to date, all while saving you time.
New GFE Reports
With the new SmartBidNet Good Faith Effort reporting feature, users can easily select “Include Good Faith Effort Report,” to include this functionality for any project they choose. Once selected, users then filter by certification type to easily sort subs and specify justifications for decisions, making government compliance a snap!
New Good Faith Effort Status
Once our users have gotten the hang of Good Faith Effort reports, they can even create their own customized statuses! Under Admin > Invite Status Justifications, users can choose from several invite statuses we’ve already set up. Users can also customize their own to clarify exact reasons for subcontractor selection.
